<p><p>Hopefully the house will go through in 2-3 weeks . Draft contracts have been issued. Touch wood. It only went on the market in early February so I suppose we have been lucky AND the buyer has got a bargain. Go to Haart plymouth under pl6 5sw 3 bed house up to 150k and you will see it. I leave work on Fri 13th July ( well officially 27th but im storing holiday. So I am having a month off before we fly so only 3.5 months left at work.</p></p>

<p><p>What part of Perth are you planning to head for . We have agreed to rent a property that Mu Uncle has just bought technically for us to rent from them. Its in Joondalup right next to a lovely lake. So excited. shippers are coming to quote so its now all coming together.</p></p>

<p><p>We are sold subject to contract and the buyers survey has been done and he is happy. So if finishes soon we are moving in with my parents until we fly.</p></p>

<p><p>I think I have turned into a Lurker since we got our Visa ! We thought we would put things to bed for a few months and get xmas sorted before we thought of Oz again. SO now our intentions are to put the house on the market probably early Feb. We have a leaving party booked for July 27 and are looking to fly Mid August once Kitty has received her A level results. Ideally we dont want to rent the house as the capital will give us a good start. Sophie has a job with my uncle lined up so that will be good but I need to sort something out.</p></p>

<p>Kitty is going to finish her A levels so that takes her up to June time approx so any time after that really. we will probably stay with Uncle initially in Kalaroo just near Hilarys and then see what happens. Soph has a job so I just need to find one.</p>

<p>We dont need to validat until 8th Sept 2012 which is one year after our meds. That works well for us as Kitty is doing her A levels and finishes in June 2012.</p>

<p>Im so chuffed for all the Hairdressers as the trade has a had some bad press over the last 12 months. Its a shane some of the other guys got cold feet with WA and applied for SA. Still we all perservered and looks like we will all be rewarded.</p>

<p>We are in a different position now as we couldnt be bothered to wait anymore so we put another Iron in the fire. I'm so desperate to post my news on the forum but we have had so many ups and downs over the 2 years since we initially lodged that I havent said anything for fear of it biting me on the bum !!</p>

<p>ever since Evans made the speech and had a pop at cooks and hairdressers we have been edgy. The trade has been on the SMP's so far released so I get the impression for the first time in ages that our agent is confident we will be ...... just have to hope she is right.</p>

<p>Do be honest its all Hypothetical. However the indication suggests that Hairdressing and Chefs wont be on the new SOL when it is introduced. Have you apllied for 176 after receiving SS or are you awaiting for the SS to then lodge your visa app ?. If you have lodged your visa app prior to 8th Feb 2010 then you wont be affected other than to prepare yourself for a very long wait. we lodged our 175 in Novemeber with DIAC and are waiting for WA SS as a Hairdresser.</p>
