    There seems to be a few folk on here living in the Maitland area.

    Haven't been on here for yonks, who is still in the maitland area then?

    We're in Maitland ad have been there three weeks so far. We lived near Beith but wifey is from Cumbernauld. Both country folk at heart hence the move out of Steak & Kidney.

    Hi folks, you'll probably be here by the time you read this. You'll love Maitland and the Hunter, gorgeous countryside and really friendly folk. We moved from Scotland in February to Sydney, then moved up here a couple of weeks ago and love the country living. John & Morag

    Hi Chilly, we moved from North Ayrshire to Sydney in Feb and are now up in the Hunter Valley. Nice and warm here so far, and the countryside around here is gorgeous, if it wasn't for the brilliant sun there are times we think we're driving up Loch Lomond etc.
