I sent off my documents to AHPRA (Perth) on November 27th 2014 and received my letter of eligibility on 12th of January 2015,I was really shocked that it came through so quick.

Hia, we had our medicals last week. We took our passports, they then copied them and took pictures themselves of each member on the application. All the forms are done on-line by the Dr who is completing your assessment so no need to take copies with you ( we did but they weren't needed ). good luck, hope it all goes well. Del
