helent113 Posted March 26, 2012 Share Posted March 26, 2012 Hi all, Just been looking at teh registtration standards for CPD and the following is on the webiste: The nurse must show tha they have: a) identified and prioritised their learning needs, based on an evaluation of their practice against the relevant competency or professional practice standards b) developed a learning plan based on identified learning needs Has everyone done this on the CPD they have sent and if yes how? Ive done a comprehensive CPD log, havent put anything in about identified learning needs but I think it will do. I have put 30.5 hours worth of CPD down so that should be ok.
