Kerry Pollard Posted March 15, 2012 Share Posted March 15, 2012 Hello, just a quick question, my hubby is being sponsored on a 457 visa and just wanted to know can me and my son go on a different day then my husband, (Me and my son are going on my husbands visa) he may need to go over to start his job but I may need to stay here till the house sells. samfarren Posted March 15, 2012 Share Posted March 15, 2012 Hiya, dont take my reply as gospel but I am also looking at a 457 with me and my hubby going out then daughter flying out a couple of months later, I went to an expo and was told that as long as the visa holder enters within the timescale, then other people listed on the visa can come out afterwards. The principle applicant has to enter Australia first, so you couldn't go before hubbie, but you can go after him.
