Tulip
Can anyone advise, please? I'm getting a bit worried now reading some other threads.
tdk43
Hiya, it is really nothing to worry about. It's a urine sample, some blood tests, a chest X-ray and a minimal examination. Then answering some questions. Expensive for the actual time you are there!!
supa
Absolute doddle TBH. As tdk43 describes and over in flash - all a bit of an anti-climax really. Our medical consisted of "Say ah", can you hear me?, weight and height and a chat about medical issues (have you had heart problems, epilepsy, that sort of stuff). I do have epilepsy (fully controlled and only had one fit 13 years ago), but it wasn't an issue. Good little earner for the med people though. Tulip
Phew, was getting scared there, thanks guys. How much did it cost out of interest? xx
supa
Oh flip, can't help as all paperwork now binned. These are the people we used http://www.hadwenmedicalpractice.co.uk/nz_medicals_t60401.html?a=0. It says New Zealand, but we were the same, going to Oz. The X-rays are extra and were about £65 (I think) seperate as they are usually done at hospital. It will also depend on the area you live, ie, London more expensive. If you are using an agent, they will know.
