I had my prospective marriage visa granted in august 2011 and am now here in oz and getting married next month. This visa expires in may so will be applying for Temporary partner visa before then. I took my medicals for the PMV in manchester last April, do these expire after a year or will i be able to apply for my onshore visa in oz without re-doing more medicals over here?
