RoseBrown1972 Posted January 31, 2012 Share Posted January 31, 2012 Just looking into getting sky player, this is a way of watching tv through the internet to get UK tv, however you need a location cloaker to hide that we're in Oz. Been suggested to use Expat Shield, have tried in the past just to get iplayer and it made lap top act funny (told this is normal) Just wanted to see if anyone else had tried Sky player and if anyone knows of any other location cloakers? Bobbsy Posted February 1, 2012 Share Posted February 1, 2012 If you're willing to pay, there are "location cloakers" that work without the advertising which is what makes Expat Shield affect your laptop. However, I've found that shutting down Expat Shield except when I'm watching a programme from the UK is all it takes to return everything to normal.
