chicken
Hi Is it possible for someone to get another working holiday visa after already having one for a year several years ago? Everything I read tells me not but i was sure that you could go back to Australia on another WHV after 3 or 4 yrs? If this is not the case then how is it possible to get a visa to work if you are not on the skills list. I have a PR visa and want my brother to come over. He has NVQs in construction and skills in machinery operation so I know he would get a great job but his occupation does not directly appear on the skills list. PositivePixie
There doesn't appear to be a time limit on when you can apply for a second WHV (other than the age limit bit obviously), as long as you have done the 88 days rural work requirement: http://www.immi.gov.au/visitors/working-holiday/417/eligibility-second.htm
