I see from various threads that the Australian one can be used from the actual website, however I also see that you should use the UK one as this would be the country of origin where it was filled out. Help much appreciated!! :biggrin: There is no such thing as a Statuatory Declaration under British Law. So you can use plain A4 or the Aussie form - either is fine.
