Phil & Vikki
We have a 04 Citroen C3 sat in the UK, waiting to be shipped it out to us here in Sydney. Our intention was always to bring it out with us as we have had her since new, know what is good and what is bad with her and on the whole believe that she will be a reliable family car for another 5 years at least. We have just had a family member say that they would like the C3 to replace their much older car and will pay a good price for it. The money is not an issue as we said that they can have it free. It will however, get the car of the drive where it is now and get her used. As where she is currently is parked, under a carport, they want the space back ready for the UK winter. We are getting more and more requests to move the C3, which is hard to arrange being the other side of the world. Our dilemma is do we get her steam cleaned, shipped over and then go through all the cost and red tape involved in doing that, or just say buy and sell/give her away? At the moment where we are there is not the space for a car and that would mean leaving her in the UK, trying to find a drive to put her on possibly for another 6 months to a year. With what I have heard about getting a car into Oz, we are thinking it may be best to sell. Any thoughts?
fleabo
Hide the knife in the car and have it shipped over.
