Amy Rose Posted October 2, 2011 Share Posted October 2, 2011 My partner has a 457 visa been sponsored to be a manager of a personal training studio. He has been here for 6months on this visa and I have been here 3months. Everything was going fine until the last month when his boss has turned very nasty. We think the business is going to go bankrupt and he wants to sack my partner so he can make it limited in someone else's name and go bankrupt then re open (cant explain it to well!) but to cut a long story short we think he is going to loose his job and probably in the next few weeks. We dont know what to do. We defo dont want to go back to England. my partner has applied for loads of jobs and is getting know replies.
