TILAK RAJ
I have applied for off shore permanent resident visa in July 2008, I applied as Corporate General Manager and I saw this profession is in demand in SA. I have few queries before I apply for this. IELTS exam which I took at time of submitting my application was then valid, Do I take again to apply with SA. My skills were assessed then I don't have to do again? I have not worked or lived in SA is that ok. I look forward to any replies. I appreciate your time. Warm Regards TR

Warm Regards TR Yes you will need to take IELTS again as they are valid for two years. Check with your assessing body to see how long these are valid for? In my case ACS skills were valid for an year but I can re-validate them again. You don't need to work or live in SA to apply for State Sponsorship Hope this helps
