Guest VickyMel Posted June 9, 2011 Share Posted June 9, 2011 Family sponsored visas are in Cat 4 unless the occupation is on the SOL3 list and then it would be Cat 3 - there is also a new SOL list coming out in July. There is a FAQ on the DIAC web site also - some occupations are coming off some are going on. Changes do usually affect you unfortunately - although sometimes it is positively.
