What to do about tax return if leaving before end of June?

I hope someone can help.

 

We are leaving Aus in the next 2 weeks to go back home.

 

What happens about lodging your tax return before end of financial year, (end of June)?

 

I really dont understand the tax system or anything you have to do so any help would be appreciated. :confused:
