Wondered what level manager this is and if anybody has any experience with this. I can't see any signature needed on the form at http://www.acpo.police.uk/NationalPolicing/ACROCriminalRecordsOffice/PoliceCertificates.aspx If it's for the photo you send with the form, I think you can just wander into a police station and get them to sign it.
