Was freelancing in Brisbane until my husband got his job down in Traralgon. So would like to continue my career. Any possible solutions welcomed. I have thought about own business but I don't really know where to start. I think in the 4 years I've been in this area I've only seen one or two graphic design jobs advertised... I've tried contacting local print and design businesses but there's just not too much work around! I'm trying to freelance at the moment and have picked up a couple of jobs... I'm also on a freelancer website called http://www.designcrowd.com where you put forward your designs in sort of competitions and if they like your design you 'win' and get the payment. I run a company with my husband which keeps me busy half the week but am hoping to pick up more design work to keep me busy the rest of the week! How are you going, did you pick up any work? Cheers!
