gemstone Posted May 20, 2011 Share Posted May 20, 2011 Hello everyone, I have been a bit stressed recently as the DIAC have not been able to give me a straight answer to what category I was in after a recent change. However I emailed them yesterday saying how concerned I was that I believed my application had been missed. The application that was returned this morning stated that 'my application had now been updated and my case had been highlighted under schedule 3 foir attention'. Does this now mean I am in category 3. My processing time has already been and gone for category 3 18.09.09. So do you think they will just pick it up a lot quicker. Any ideas?
