She has started to look into the process of applying to OZ but works part time. Although she works for 22 hours per week -she is paid for 18 hours per week as her salary is annualised as she only works term time .(she effectively has a salary sacrifice for more annual leave) Would this be an issue as the current guidance on minumum working hours is 20 per week? for the work experience requirement.
