Close to Merinda park train station, south gippsland hwy, westernport hwy and eastlink etc... Activity center, with shops, cafe's and restaurant plus private residents club with pool, gym and multipurpose rooms, opening easter 2012 House is not mine but is accross the street from us. we seen it getting built and would be a great option for anyone looking for a rental in the area. I know a good friend of the owner so can put a good word in for any members of PIO. There isnt much of a garden but would be easy to keep and is in a nice area with a park just about to be opened, waterways and 5 mins walk to newly opend Lyndhurst primary school. Friendly Scottish neighbours one side, the other side is still a vacant block so there may be building work going on at some stage over the next few months.
