457 wait

Hi There,

I got a job offer from my company which is 457. They already booked on 07/09/10 then said all good just need IELTS result. I colour scanned and send them by email. Who can tell me?

How many weeks more I have to wait ?

Should I send my result from IELTS institution because when booked a test. I did not say anything about 457.
