Desperate to meet with other like minded souls as I'll be missing home no doubt. I'm 32 and DD is nearly 4. hubby a mechanic an will be working flat out! Would like to work but need to find somewhere to live long term first! If you want to catch up, feel free to pm me. I also have a nearly 4 year old and a 10 month old and like you think i will be one not working initially until we get sorted. If you are still in need of a friendly face in about 6 weeks (i'm sure i will be!) perhaps we could meet up? Send me a PM when you get here and I will arrange a playdate with you for the little ones! Arre you staying in temp accommodation? Have you got somewhere lined up to live long term? We planned for temp accommodation for 1 month and its taken us 2 months to get somewhere to rent I am now hugely excited about moving in and hopefully our stuff wont be too long getting here so we can actually start living properly! So far hubby and I have been doing ok. Thankfully we havent had a bad day together so theres always one to pick the other up. Not saying that its like it all the time but I have been reduced to tears already by a vile receptionist who blatantly has issues with poms but other than that we have found the reception quite welcoming!
