According to THE MIA: "The Minister for Immigration and Citizenship, the Honourable Chris Bowen MP, today launched the Report on Migration Program 2009-10. Trumpeting the Government's targeting of skilled migrants, which has seen their proportion rise to 64 percent of the total Migration Program's intake, he also reported on the humantarian program.'
