Guest Janey66
Hi,We bought a 1998 Toyota Corolla privately from CarPoint Australia website when we first arrived.Phone up owner first and ask if its had its Road Worthy Certificate (RWC) done. This is usually a bonus for you as it is as strict as an mot and the owner had spent a small fortune on it.We haggled and got it for $4k .Most cars at that price have a few dings and paint fade but should be okay if the RWC is done.We also found it surprising the number of cars for sale in peoples drives.Hope this helps:smile:
