They specifically stated that at this stage they have only published priority occupations from Schedule 3 as an interim list - basically the occupations that won't be disputed by DIAC. Presumably Schedule 4 occupations will follow once the full SMP is agreed and rolled out. See the comments immediately below the link to the interim list. All the best.
