Guest sunshineec
Hi everyone Hoping your vast experience can guide us along... My husband, Tom, and I are currently in NZ on a work permit (he is a physio). He already has professional registration for Oz and has an uncle in Brisbane who is willing to help any way he can. But if we thought the visa choice would be easy, haha... we would like to aim for residency, but can't seem to find an obvious visa that says just that - what do we try for? Also, can anyone tell us whether the visa application fees need to be paid for once (as we are a married) or do we each have to pay? :? Any input would be SOOOO appreciated. Guest Pasty
Hi Eileen As far I can understand if you both apply on the same form, you only pay once (we applied as a family and all 4 of us were covered by one payment) Hope this helps Jackie
Guest sunshineec
Hi Jackie Well, that's good news for starters, now we just have to figure out what visa to go for?! I am guessing it would be the 138 (skilled sponsored), but it's all somewhat confusing?! Thanks for your input. Eileen
