tarrat
me and my sister we went through the same scenario for the temporary and scanned originals were fine. The certification is required only when you send hard copies that must be "authenticate" as copy of an existing original documents.

tarrat
He is FullTimeEmployee: 1 with the sponsor and 0.5 with another employer (so kind of part-time, maybe less than 20hours)... I guess.
blossom
That is what I was trying to work out if that meant full time or not. Less than 20 hours isn't full time in immigrations eyes.
