hi there i am in bit trouble at this situation. need help please. here is my case , i came to australia in january 2013 and did ELICOS for 10 weeks, and after that started masters (mba) for one semester and again changed the corse in same university and studied for 2 semester and now i need to extend my student visa and they have asked me for my IELTS and financial documents. I don have my IELTs and unfortunately i am not sure weather i will get 6 score in each band. but as in the letter from immigration it says ielts or transcript with 51% course compition. can i submit my transcript. PLease advice me in this. as my consultancy asked me to get IELTS then only he will submit my documents. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HElp me . thanks in Advance.

i have been checking. but haven't got yet. how long does it take though

in a online application process it shows my citizenship application is approved. But its been 2 weeks i haven't recieved any conformation letter from immigration. basically how long does it take to receive a conformation leter from DIAC thanks

G'day guys i have asked before as well regarding 857, seriously need to get out of this place asap. want to know if my employer gives me a release letter will my 857 canceled. What if they ( employer) don mention that i am not working with them any more. OR any knid of suggestion to get out of this 857 chain. thank you.

here is the case of mine my employer hired me and sponsored me but now after 1.5 years they don need this position and they are letting me go. As i will be staying in regional anyway, do i still have to inform immigration/ or will this will effect my visa condition. i have another 6 month to apply for citizen, but i think by next month t hey will terminate this position.

Any ways of getting out of 857 quickly... Like what if i get citizen ship after one year..... do i still have to work for my employer..... My employer is flexible he is willing to help me in any means.

Hi guysneed help pleasi have found another job which will pay me more than. Where I am working now.I ha e got recedency from this employer. Employer is ready to GI e .e release letter . Will this effect my PR if I go to other employer. Its in the same territory ans its same field.

what if the vacancy is not advertised. cause my employer din advertise the vacancy. is there high chances that my nomination might get rejected.

ok so its not neccessary that they will gve any kind of decesion in nomination weather its approved r na in 28 dyas ......fair enough. my situation is i am working network support engineer in Tiling Compnay and bit worried about it, as tiling company is not proper IT industry. so finger crossed eveery thing will be fine

ya its written in a letter, with in 28 calendar days...........
