BevCork Posted August 24, 2012 Share Posted August 24, 2012 Hi Ginni, I contacted them about the ehealth list, they'd forgotten to include it in with my ack letter, wasn't the only mistake they'd made either, first off addressed it to my daughter and put the wrong DOB year for my son - doesn't look good!! massimo Posted August 24, 2012 Share Posted August 24, 2012 Hi BevCork, I applied in Paramatta and they forgot to attach the ehealth list, I wrote twice and after 2,5 months I received the ehealth list.I will do the health exams asap. I also had the wrong DOB for my daughter but in this case it was my mistake: I sent copies for birth certificate and the passport with the right DOB but in the ES47 form I wrote the wrong month and they took the dato of birth from the form rather than from the documents.
