My employer nominated me and i got the certified 1054 form back and i submitted that form with my 47es with all the supporting documents of mine for 857 visa to melbourne. Its already been a 7 working days i haven't got any conformation regarding the documents whether they have got it or no. I live in darwin. can anybody guide me on this situation i am really panicking as i have done this by myself. I dont think so.... i think there is no any requirement for work experience for RSMS visa... all you need is... a employer, job with 2 year contract, functional english, diploma level qualification (related to occupation), eligible visa for 857.. if you do not have one.. u go for 119 (u should be offshore when visa is granted), under 45 year age.... About melbourne,, i am not sure.. I applied at perth center.. but i think it gonna take time as many application lodged becoz of 1 july deadline....if your one is deacision ready, then u should hear soon.... My application allocated to a CO on Saturday,, she sent an EMAIL to MA saying "nothing further required from you at this time " dont know how long have to wait...
