changing employers on 857

I was on 457 visa from Nov 08-March 09.

 

On 857 from 1 April 09 to the present.

 

Have had the same employer.

 

1) Can you pse advise what the procedure is if I want to change employers (both are in a regional area) - do I have to make a whole new 857 application?

2) Does DIAC see changing employers (both in a regional area) and changing employers (from regional area to a city) as the similar or not?
