Wezzza Posted April 11, 2010 Share Posted April 11, 2010 Hi all, Just printed my vetassess application form off and reading the document checklist, there appears to be a few things i might not have. it says work experience - original or certified copies of evidence of work experience? what is this? trade evidence form for my nominated occupation? what is this?
