Guest proud2beaussie
Many airlines require a passport to have at least 6 months validity before they will allow boarding, and many countries, including Australia also have this requirement for immigration clearance. So my advice is renew your passports before you travel,as regards visas in old passports you can carry the old one and new together-no need to bother about getting a new visa in a new passport. Rudi
Most people carry both their old and new passports when they renew so that they don't have to bother getting the visa transferred. You can get it transferred, but it's not vital that you do. Love Rudi x
