Our house would be perfect for a young family (my boys are 5 and 3) that wants to move to WA. We are in Waikiki which is 40 minutes south of Perth, near Rockingam. Our 4 x 2 with study is on a 954m2 block. We have a B/G heated pool, awesome outdoor area with a bar, there are too many other things to mention.
