ANY1 successfully reported a SPONSOR

Hi

 

Just wondering if any1 out there has reported their sponsor (457) to the DIAC for misconduct??

 

My OH has just left his job to start with a new sponsor. The company or cowboys he worked for are refusing to pay him any of his holidays 17 days, they would never let him have time off. They never paid the 457 pay increase from 1.7.09 and they made him work every lunch break as they said he had big company syndrome and little companies dont have lunch breaks.

 

We are owed about $3000, all we wanted was the holiday pay forget the rest.

What would you do???

Threaten them to pay up the hol pay, give them a chance or just go straight to the business monitoring unit and report them for a whole heap of things, where they could end up with a hefty fine as well as Bazza's pay.

I would definately be speaking with someone for legal advice and then when i know whats what and where i stand i would approach the company and tell them to pay up or else,,

Some people are real tossers and dont make life easy, glad your hubby found another job and could get out of there
