Purple Princess Posted September 2, 2009 Share Posted September 2, 2009 Can anybody let me know if I need to re-take my IPAF test for the use of Cherry Pickers and Scissor lifts in Australia or is it universly accepted through out the world or do I need to retake to fall in line with the Australian Construction Industry??? calNgary Posted September 3, 2009 Share Posted September 3, 2009 Hi I am not sure about your licence, it will be worth checking with the state you are looking at moving too, as rules and regulations can vary state to state. This info i found is for Queensland. I have had a quick Google for you and found this company that specialise is the licensing for this type of machinery. It seems to be that anything with an 11mtr reach or above must be operated by a fully trained and qualified driver. I would have a nosey around their site and possibly drop them an e-mail or stay up one night and phone them .
