delboy Posted June 30, 2009 Share Posted June 30, 2009 can anyone help us with a dilemma about my sponsors passport. She is a UK passport holder with permanent resident status and a visa to this effect in her passport, however she lives with me at present in the UK and we get married on 11th july. If she then changes her passport does she have to get a new re-entry visa to get back into Australia or can she go on her passport in her previous name if she hasnt changed all her details on things like bank accounts etc. & if this is so does she sponsor me in her previous name or her new married name!!!!!!!
