Warning for construction workers

Hi to all out there,

Especially to those, who like myself have a wealth of construction experience in the UK, but little in Australia; and finding difficulty, securing gainful emoyment. In times of finanacial crisis, the construction sector, is probably the first to feel the effects. It is a barometer of a nations fiscal well being. It is also the 'Base' industry, an industry where prejudices, bullying and nepotism exist at the expense of the industries ability to move forward into the twenty first century.
