Am I right in thinking that it would only require me (as the primary applicant) to enter Oz to validate it, or would hubby need to enter too? Guest jonseywife Posted March 27, 2007 Share Posted March 27, 2007 As Felicity said, all of you but you do have a year - from the meds/police checks (whichever is dated earliest) - to validate the visa's, so it does give you a little time, hopefully to tie up all the loose ends etc., etc., etc., etc., ............... Fingers crossed we'll get everything done on the house AND get it sold before next March but it feels like a mountain to climb at the moment.
