We are so worried because don't really know whats going on and they have our money! Can't believe our rubbish luck, have wanted to do this for years and then just as we get the ball rolling it all goes pair shaped! We were using a company based in UK called ****************, they were reccommended to us by a friend that used them last year. Is anyone else out there in the same boat as us??
