Guest dowedontwe Posted March 26, 2009 Share Posted March 26, 2009 Hi, new to the site, but wondered if anyone out there would provide some advice re primary education in Sydney? We are possibly looking to move to Sydney with our three children (7,5,&2) and would be really greatful for any info re. primary schools. Initial thoughts are that we will be looking to come for 3-4 years, so not necessarily looking for PR. Just wondered whether that would limit our choices, or whether there are cost implications e.g. if not PR are there fees associated with state schools? Any views on best areas/suburbs for schools so that we can focus our attention for areas to live would be greatly appreciated. Currently our children attend our local village primary, which has excellent education standards and a really nice community atmosphere.
