Eera Posted January 16, 2009 Share Posted January 16, 2009 I'm in the process of getting an Open Cut Examiners certificate and need Support Shotfiring Operations as part of it, having been in the country for 4 years I have to get a police criminal check from the UK dated from 10 years ago. You used to be able to walk into a police station and ask them for one, now I understand you have to get something called Disclosure Scotland involved. Has anyone had to get one of these things for jobs that need security clearance? The whole getting it aptosilled thing is confusing me as to which country it has to be done in.
