Guest watty
Hi All It is so good to see more and more of you passing the TRA. Hopefully we will soon follow. I am after some help - i have looked at the TRA application and the numerous amounts of advice - The Colebecks - wow fantastic posting it covers so much stuff - thanks. A couple of things i would like guidance on are; 1) Experience - is it advisable to list in bullet points the experience, roles, courses attended, etc (i am in IT - sales manager) no tools apart from a PC and my knowledge? 2) Employer references - what needs to be listed and covered under the reference. Is it worth writing it myself and getting my employer to sign it? Hope you can help, i want to make sure i get it right. Thanks Watty (keith)

Guest Phil Olsen
hi there you should be as detailed as you can and provide as much support, particularly third party verifiable experience. references are good and if you have a good reletionship with your employer there is every reason to work with them to ensure taht the detail is in the reference letter to support your application. Hope that helps
