Guest Paul EDGE Posted October 14, 2008 Share Posted October 14, 2008 A bit of good news for those buying an established homes but you must get in before Jun 09 The offer, effective immediately, triples the $7000 grant now payable under the existing first-home owners grant if new entrants to the market sign a contract on a newly built home before June 30 next year.
