This place has Hotel-like views over-looking the stunning D'Entrecasteaux Channel above Kettering Harbour, looking across to Bruny Island.... Watch the ferry chugging back & forth from your private, expansive, sunny deck - or play cricket, baseball, footie, what-ever on the acres of grass - although you might have to fight for it with the wallaby's & other local wild things! It could be your own secluded water-side paradise, a little slice of heaven - the ultimate in indoor camping - or live it up a bit & hire some furnishings for the duration... There's plenty of space for your cars, RV & boat, probably a once-in-a-lifetime chance to live with a million $$$ view...:yes: AND only 35 minutes from Hobart, 1/4 hr south of lovely Kingston, in a very scenic area of Tassie... Close to Antarctic Division HQ... Great food, local butchers, bakers & Fruit & Veggies abound... Could be just the break you need if only requiring a short term rental - we could move sooner (end of October???) if a serious tenant/offer emerges...
