Our Visa's are due to be issued Feb/Mar 09, once I give notice to leave work and we sort the kids schooling out we will be looking to fly out to Brisbane around Mar/Apl 09. Single fares are around £600ish per person and kids become adults at 11 on airplanes so I will be looking at around £2400. Return flights are £750ish giving me a bill of £3000. If I order return flights that can be transferred and have a return of upto 3 months then I could go halves with some of you Brits/Aussies that want to travel in the other direction for a cheaper deal. I will have 4 adult tickets so I see no reason why they cannot be changed over in pairs if needed. £750 a pair + transfer fees will be cheaper than £1200 or £1500 for the 4 + transfer fees.
