I also have an 8 year old sister, she is my mums only dependant child, and is also desperate for a 'Better life'. My mum is single and nearly 50, so i think :? we can sponsor her to join us at a later date, but what about lil sis. She is 4th child so the 'balance of family' is only balanced with her coming too. (obviously she wouldn't be left behind) but where would this leave her with the balance of family thing with 2 in uk 1 in oz and 1 where ever mum goes. Can we become her gaurdians before hand and apply for her to be on our visa? mum following asap. Hope this all makes sense it is a confusing situation.
