[Medical for 186 Employer sponsored PR application] - Can we be asked for further health assessments even if the Doctor didn't explicitly mention it during the medical exam ?

We have applied for PR (186 subclass). Both my partner and I are postgraduate degree holders and work for big consulting firms here in Australia. We went for our health check-up at BUPA 2 days ago, and the doctor was rigid set on analyzing my 3-year-old's developmental milestones. My kid was freaked out by the hospital setup and was not his usual self that day. He was quiet and reserved. He came out of his shell a little once she gave him some toys to play with but he wasn't his 100%. She asked him to name some animals from a book. She called out that his language "was not clear". How much more clarity she was expecting with animal names and sounds is beyond me. I did mention that we are a bilingual household and English was very new to him and he has been exposed to it only for the past 1 year. She explicitly made note of it on the online forms and also the fact that he lived with his grandparents who do not speak English.

She also commented that he was "moving around a lot" but he came and sat and played with me when I asked him to. He also did not jump when she asked him to. I offered to show her videos on my phone (which was not with me at the moment but with my belongings outside) but she said it was not needed. 

He was able to do other things like build a tower from blocks, flip pages in a book, scribble on the paper, copy what she drew with a pencil, and play with me (a bit of simon-says). I also conveyed the fact that he attends daycare/ play groups where there have been no concerns w.r.t. to his day-to-day activities. He is potty trained and gets along well with other kids. 

I was blindsided by the fact that she scrutinized him so much. We have heard from other 186 applicants that their kids were hardly examined and were done with medical exams in under 60 seconds. 

She didn't mention the need for further assessments in the exam but made many notes on the online forms (I couldn't see what she wrote.). Finally, she said she had everything she needed and sent us on our way. But with the entire experience, I was wondering if she would indeed go on and ask for further health assessments for my kid. I know the medical test results take about 5 working days to get updated on the ImmiAccount but I am feeling very anxious. Does anybody have any similar experiences or any insights on this matter?

It isn’t the doctor who did the exam that will request further tests. They send a report to immigration and if there are any questions they refer it to a special medical panel for review. They will either pass it or ask for further information. All you can do is wait, the information the Bupa doctor wrote may be enough info to pass.
