Venky Posted July 25, 2023 Share Posted July 25, 2023 Hi all, I would like to apply for citizenship but I am worried of demerit points on drivers license, I lost 12 points out of 13. Does it have any affect on citizenship application? License has never been suspended in the and all fines are paid in time. I understand that losing few points would be okay, but I lost more and left with only 1 point. Please advise if it would be okay to proceed to apply or will this be considered as a “bad character”?.
