Faryal Jaffery
Hello fellow Visa seekers! Asking on a friend's behalf who will be applying for partner visa subclass 308/100. Her family's and groom are planning for online wedding because of pandemic and travelling issues. Will this decision affect on her visa grant and ease of process? Your valued response will be very helpful. Thanking in anticipation.

Thank you for your response. My friend already did and the agent said it's fine but been through the process myself am not sure if she sought the right person. If you get to know, please do let me know on this thread. Thanks

Thanks If your friends agent is registered then your friend should have received the correct information. Many seem to speak to people that call themselves an agent but they’re not registered. As it’s not a simple reply (according to Paul above who is a highly regarded migrant agent) I’d check that the agent your friend spoke to has a registration number (like Paul has on his signature bit at the bottom) and if they haven’t your friend would be wise to reach out to a professional.
